We recommend booking 1-6 months in advance to secure your preferred date, especially during wedding and holiday seasons. Last-minute bookings may be open based on availability.Â
We typically need a 10" x 10" space with access to a standard electric outlet. If your venue has limited space, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.Â
Our team arrives 45-60 minutes before your event to set up and test everything, ensure we're ready before your guests arrive.Â
Yes! We offer a selection of basic and premium backdrops.
Prints are included with selected packages.Â
Absolutely! Every booking includes a custom - designed photo template featuring your event name, colors, logo or theme.
Yes! We are based in Upper Marlboro, MD and proudly travel throughout Maryland, Virginia and dc. Travel fees are as stated:Â
0-15 miles - $0
Up to 25 miles - $25
Up to 40 miles - $50Â

We understand plans change. Deposits are non-refundable, but if we are available, we will gladly transfer your booking to a new date when notified in advance.Â
A signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit are required to officially reserve your event date. Your remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.Â
Yes! Every booking includes a professional booth attendant who will set up, assist guests, troubleshot if needed, and keep everything running smoothly throughout your event.Â
